Open for Vintage deliver to a large number of global locations. All deliveries are handled exclusively by our Logistics Partner DHL.
All delivery is free worldwide. All prices on our site include any customs and duties, so what you see is all you’ll have to pay, regardless of where you or the item you are buying is located in the world.
As part of our commitment to a more sustainable business, all of our delivery and returns are completely carbon neutral. Utilising DHL’s GoGreen shipping initiative, Open for Vintage neutralise any CO2 emissions by investing in recognised carbon protection projects, including biomass, landfill and wind farms.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, however should you need to return an item you have 14 days from the day it was delivered to you to return it. Open for Vintage offers customers a free returns service via DHL.
To return an order please:
1. Contact our Customer Services Team by email at email@example.com or by phone at +44 20 3637 5338 within 7 days of receiving your order to book a return at a convenient time and address for you. Please do not return items by any other service.
2. The team will email you the necessary documents DHL require. Please print these out and attach these to the exterior of the returns package.
3. The DHL Driver will need to visually inspect your return. Please do not seal your package until the driver has checked the contents.
4. Once your item has been received and the condition has been checked, your refund will be issued. Payment normally appears back in your account between 3-5 working days.
